Actually I met the similar problem before :-) It's caused by the filter
file copied from another machine and the folder doesn't exist for the
"move" operation.

How if you run the filter in the "Message filters" dialog manually? Make
sure to choose the correct folder to run the filter.

Or could you try the latest releases:

There is a functionality to enable the filter log in the "Message
filters". You can try that and send part of the log to us. That may be
helpful.
