[desktop-discuss] sound juicer can't lookup: Invalid cdtoc

I've been using sound-juicer to rip CDs from time to time. Recently,
I noticed that lots of my cds don't look up appropriately in the
musicbrainz database. But, it isn't a problem with my proxy or
anything like that: about 1 in 20 CDs lookup fine. And, it's
reproducable on a cd-by-cd basis. Either a CD fails, or it succeeds.
And, I believe it's reproducable across 4 different cdrom drives
and on both b55 and b57.

Accessing the actual tracks on the disk works fine. It's just the TOC
which seems to be a problem.

At first, I figured that my cdtocs just weren't in the musicbrainz
database. But, after a bunch of them for big-name releases didn't
work, I launched sound-juicer from the command line to see if it had
anything intelligent to say.

Indeed, for CDs that don't look up sound-juicer says:
This CD could not be queried: Invalid TOC.

I swear this used to work more reliably, but can't prove when that was.

The invalid TOC suggests the problem is probably somewhere lower down the
stack (like in sd), but I figured I'd ask to see if others were having
general success with sound-juicer lookups on recent builds. Or, if
anyone has specific suggestions on how to pinpoint the problem.
