G'Day,
  I have just been going through the SFE spec files, and compiling them against
the latest vermillion. One problem I hit, was that flac went from version 1.1.2 to
1.1.3. Normally a point release would not be an issue, but 1.1.3 is actually a major
release, with many API changes. Unfortunately, libsndfile now does not build, and needs
a rewrite of its flac.c file (I am currently looking at this). I was thinking that we may need
to also provide a build of the old version say libflac-1.1.2.so.

Also when I was building SUNWflac from the spec files, I found one of the shell scripts needed
to run from /bin/bash rather than /bin/sh, and it needed to strip -KPIC from the nasm command
line. I have attached my diff file.
