I build the solaris packages for monotone which you can find at http://monotone.ca/downloads/0.34 (or 0.33 for sparc) - I didn't have the time to do more recent builds, but will do them when 0.36 appears.

Anyway, I use pmpkg (which I develop and maintain) to build both boost and monotone, so I can only recommend using it for your own builds. You can find pmpkg at http://freshmeat.net/projects/pmpkg .
