There is no spec file for SUNWhal that I know of. We do not use one in
Solaris because HAL is in the ON consolidation, where packages are built
differently.
If you feel adventurous, you can try to pull and build HAL sources
(0.5.8.1 branch) from git://git.freedesktop.org, I wouldn't recommend
running it on S10.
