Yes, this is the very end of the process: packaging the binaries.
This message means that you specified a file (or glob) in %files
that was not found in $RPM_BUILD_ROOT (which is
/var/tmp/pkgbuild-build-SFEgnome-commander-1.2.4-build in this case).

You need to update %files to match what is actually installed in
%install.
