Above the gnome-commander-C.omf line you added, add the following line:
%dir %attr(0755, root, bin) %{_datadir}/omf

This sets the permissions for the /usr/share/omf directory (and adds it to the package's contents)

This means that file(s) were installed by "make install" but are not listed in the %files section.
