[desktop-discuss] Gnome bug? Deskbar_Applet

In b68 when I go to customize my desktop panel, I tried to add the item
"Deskbar: An all-in-one action bar", and got the following error message in
a popup window.

The panel encountered a problem while loading "OAFIID:Deskbar_Applet"
Do you want to delete the applet from your configuration?
"
Is this a known issue? If not can someone please attempt to replicate issue?
