I see 4 different people have made updates to SFExchat.spec, feel free to
make it 5. :)

Seriously though, I believe one of the measures of a development
environment (e.g. the SFE project) is how "organically inclusive" it is.
Which is to say, unlike many open dev environments, greater distributed
involvement over any one spec file leads to greater productivity. In some
environments, it leads to less.
