Yes.  S10U4 will have GNOME 2.6 - barring a schedule change that postpones
the feature freeze, there's simply not enough time for that major of a
change left in the window open for new features.   (The current builds do
have Firefox 2.0 & Thunderbird though, so it's not completely unchanged.)
