   I'm not quite sure whether this has been discussed previously or
   not, but.. wouldn't it be handy to include the patch in the
   notification mail?

   In my opinion this kind of messages gives a much better idea about
   what's going on. I mean, right now the mail notifies about a change
   (someone did something); however, it the mail included the delta, it
   would be much more informative (this is what actually happened).

   For instance, something like this:
