I think it was discussed during the opensolaris svn beta tests and
most people thought it was too verbose.  You need to send non-trivial
changes for review anyway, so personally, I only use these commit
notifications to check that people follow the process and everything
that needs a review is reviewed.  If something catches my attention
from the ChangeLog entry, I can always get the diff from svn.
