Wow, quick, looks good!

I tripped on one gotcha though related to configure and build system
anomalies: In this case, configure transparently (heedlessly?) behaves
differently depending on whether it finds emacs installed [1]. So it's
probably best to specify --without-emacs to force it to always do the same
thing.

Also, I'm not sure what we're supposed to do about {%_libdir}/charset.alias.

Delete it, e.g. like SFEgnupg.spec does? ...  Anyone?

And a couple nits: "getext" should be "gettext", and %{_datadir}/aclocal
should be `root, other'.

1. As I just proofread this message I was stricken with horror at the
thought that this might cause people to think I use emacs instead of vi.
Sadly, I'm a certified vi-aholic. I've tried the 12 steps program, but to
no avail. Like a zombie, I wonder the tech shopping world in search of that
probably non-existant keyboard with the perfectly sized, positioned, and
(most importantly) heavily fortified Esc key.
