Do we need at one package to own it? Or do we need to mark it as
volatile with a %config attribute? Don't really know, as I have never
looked at where this file is needed, or if it changes with each new install.

Fixed. Probably a good question for Laca - Are all the file perms under
/usr/gnu going to be the same as their /usr counterparts. Or can we make
it easy and classify everything as "root,bin"?

The thought had crossed my mind :)
I have a new version of the package which adds 64-bit libraries for
completeness. The only problem is if you do not have the latest compiler
patches, building it will crash your machine (I crashed twice with SXDE
build 57) :(
So, I am just looking at what I need for a compiler patch check test.
