Ah, xfce from blastwave. They haven't yet updated to 4.4.1. I know they were close to releasing it.

What version of Solaris are you running?

If it is Solaris Express you could build the latest version from the instructions at http://www.opensolaris.org/os/project/xfce/building_xfce. I don't have a Sunray handy to test on unfortunately. Maybe somebody on the list that has a Sunray could test the latest build.
