[desktop-discuss] Firefox / SDM incompability with S10u4

Hi.

I came   across  a  small incompatability today   between the  firefox  implementation shipped  with
S10 u4     and  Sun Desktop Manager  1.0.1  with firefox  templates.

  S10u4   contains the file :

 /usr/lib/firefox/firefox.cfg

  This file is needed in the normal install as it  contains one  command  that  locks  the
 online update function in firefox  to "false"   ,  as online upates only work in  MS windows  as yet.

 However   when you dump  Sun Desktop Manager  into the kettle  we get a conflict   between  SDM
trying to set this option and the fact that its  already   loocked to false.
   This generates   a  couple  error  dialoges  for   the user to click [OK]  on   before
firefox starts.

The solution is to  comment out  or  remove the active  one liner  in /usr/lib/firefox/firefox.cfg
