I did it, but when I run the command, this give me the following error:

bash-3.00$ svn co svn+ssh://anon@svn.opensolaris.org/svn/xfce/spec-files-xfce/branches/xfce_4_4_0  xfce_4_4_0
connect: Connection timed out
ssh_exchange_identification: Connection closed by remote host
svn: Connection closed unexpectedly


bash-3.00$ cat .ssh/config
Host *.opensolaris.org
ProxyCommand /usr/lib/ssh/ssh-socks5-proxy-connect -h nwkea-socks-1.sun.com -p 1080 %h %p
