One of the main reasons we picked GDM to work with is because it uses
a GTK+ based widget set, and we needed a login program that supports
accessibility. In other words, we needed a login program that used
a widget set that supports accessibility - GTK+ or Java. The fact
that GDM uses GTK+ made it an attractive option. Also its theming
capabilities made it more attractive.
