I'm sorry, it wasn't complete. 
Now this is fixed for libogg.spec/vorbis.spec in the svn. Just give a "svn up".

About the dependency thing with the spec-files-extra/pkgtool:

  pkgtool build-order  SFEogg-vorbis.spec   

this should print the needed build order of missing packages.
If all *spec files list the correct dependencies, this should help.
