The MWM theme found over at art.gnome.org works.

Candido-Vista, a modified Aero knock-off found at gnome-look.org works,
too (currently using it). It's a direct derivative of the VistaBut theme
(almost 1:1 Aero clone), which I suppose should work, too.

Most other themes I liked and tried make the GTK decorator crash. I'm
still convinced it's a Gnome 2.18 thing. The decorator in 0.5 worked
fine with all themes if compiled with the libmetacity from Gnome 2.16,
but crashed like currently if compiled with 2.18. I'd wager if one was
to compile Compiz Fusion 0.5.2 against Gnome 2.16, the decorator would
probably work just fine.
