 The permissions on :
firefox-2.0.0.8.en-US.solaris8-sparc-gtk1.tar.bz2
[ ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/2.0.0.8/contrib/solaris_tarball/firefox-2.0.0.8.en-US.solaris8-sparc-gtk1.tar.bz2 ]

 1060 % ls -l firefox/{run-mozilla.sh,moz_patch_checker.dtksh}
  22 -rwx------   1 chris    staff      10492 Oct  1  2005 firefox/run-mozilla.sh*
  22 -rwx--x--x   1 chris    staff      10824 Dec  9  2004 firefox/moz_patch_checker.dtksh*


Cause issues when installed as root and run as some other user.
