[desktop-discuss] Compiz and terminal windows

I was wondering if I could ask a compiz question on this alias?  I have 
compiz running (thanks to Erwann Chenede's excellent blog) on Nevada 
b75a and it works for the most part.  The main problem I'm having is 
none of my terminals or other windows (like the browser or staroffice 
document) have headers or bottoms so I can't grab them and move them 
around the screen.  Any idea why they would have disappeared?  Plus I 
can't seem to figure out the keyboard sequence to trigger that massive 
cube view to occur.
