[desktop-discuss] tsoljdsdevmgr not public.

Patrick,

Version 0.6 of the packages are available on dlc but Fujiwara updated
the spec files while I was on vacation (the build was failing with
--with-l10n with the 0.6 tarballs)  and didn't get the new tarballs
uploaded.

I will get this sorted out tomorrow.
