I get the picture, but fail to see how I could do this here; not being a developer and missing all those sources ... .
On the other hand, if this template only needed some changes sort of %s/zfs/ext3/, could a developer eventually do it? I think it would enhance the potential of OpenSolaris pretty much if - together with Moinak Ghosh's FSWfsmisc - existing partitions, be they on removable or local drives, could prop up automatically.
Especially if some of the target audience were Linux users. ;) ;)
