APOC adapter can't be built with itself. It should be built with firefox 
source code.

To build it:
1. copy the adapter source code to extensions sub-directory under 
firefox source tree
2. run configure with --enable-extensions=default,apoc 
3. run "gmake" under firefox source tree

I'm working with Alberto Ruiz and trying to remove the dependency 
between adapter and firefox.
