In the past (while JDS/Linux existed) it was important to have
both Linux (aka base) and Solaris spec files. It's not
important anymore and it doesn't always make sense either.
However, if you build 2 variants of the same module, e.g. 32-bit
and 64-bit, or if you combine multiple modules into one
package, it's easier to use base specs.
