[desktop-discuss] gnome-settings-daemon did not start

Irfan,

It's a known bug 6577979. It currently belongs to CDE, but I have no 
plan to fix it.
Brian Cameron has some fixes on SUNWgnome-dtlogin-integration, but I'm 
not sure which build the fixes will be integrated.
