Right, the IRC meeting with be 5am.  *shudder*  I will try to pry myself from
my bed for this meeting, but no promises.  If I can't make it, then can I
provide my votes some other way?

FYI, there is nobody on the list that I would give a -1 to.  So, while I may
not be able to provide a +1 if I'm absent, you at least don't need to worry
that I will reject anyone who otherwise gets +3.
