Not per-se... it's risky but you can roll your own spec as long as the 
same patches are used that the current runtime was built with... though 
I'm not sure of licensing specific to lcms.  For testing purposes you 
won't need perfect integration of lcms-devel, it should be trivial to 
recompile against lcms-devel when it is formally licensed and bundles in 
ips, but until then I don't think it's unreasonable to just run it 
anyways... most of us here do things that no organization would 
typically support, we're engineers and tinkers, the like...
