[desktop-discuss] pidgin and contact list popups

Hi people et. al. ;-)

I've just noticed that when hovering the mouse over a contact within 
pidgin the wrong contact is displayed. It doesn't apply to all contacts. 
For example if I hover over contact 1 I get the correct info, if I hover 
over contact 2 I get the info for contact 2, but if I hover over contact 
3 I get the info relevant to contact 2.

Then as I lower the mouse to contact 4, the correct info is displayed, 
for contact 5 I get info for 4 again and so on... numerically it would be:

Contact-popup
1-1
2-2
3-2
4-4
5-4
6-6
7-6
8-8

If I switch groups, it starts over again and repeats like this. Has any 
pidgin user noticed this?
I'm currently on snv_81. I haven't noticed this on SXDE 09/07.
