Thanks Brian.
I made this step by step with your information and is working (GDM Login: 
shutdown and restart).
Still unable to make the user normal shutdown or restart within the Gnome 
(Step 6).
These settings were made with the RBAC Off (RBACSystemCommandKeys=).
Tomorrow I will try to RBAC On (/etc/user_attr).
I am using the Solaris 10 (sol-10-u3-ga-x86-dvd-iso).
