[desktop-discuss] Right attributes for /usr/share/locale

Hi all,

I am building --with l10n now and I suffer from some permission
differences between the packages installed and the current state of
the system.
Honestly I think this is the fault me BFU-ing which mangles up thing.
The difference is that the package tries to set the owner and group to
root:other where the directories
on my system are bin:bin.

Can I assume the packages to be right and modify the owner/group to
root:other to be in sync with how things should be?
