I suspect this is not a bug with rhythmbox, but a bug with the way
nautilus is integrated for the CDDA URI, which does use gvfsd-cdda.

This might be related to bugzilla #526902.  I know we hacked the way
that CDDA URI's are handled by nautilus on Solaris, and there could be odd
side effects.
