Ah, you're correct, the trick is finding the right key. For my current
keyboard, it appears to be the key next to right-ctrl. I had been using
a different keyboard for some time, and on that one, it was the
"Windows" key next to left-ctrl. Since that key wasn't working on this
keyboard, I was left with the impression that the toggle wasn't working
at all. Sigh.
