Did this project get started?  I wasn't sure if later discussions
obsoleted the need for it, but I notice that there is another Ceri
Davies listed as a leader on
http://opensolaris.org/os/project/dtrace-doc/leaders/ (ie, that's not
me) so perhaps I am missing discussions?
