[docs-discuss] diff(1) man page doesn't correspond to /bin/diff

Make sure your MANPATH is set with /usr/share/man before /usr/gnu/man.
The default 2008.11 MANPATH matches the default 2008.11 PATH of having
the GNU utilties first.
