[driver-discuss] GLDv3 support for dnet(7D) [Rev. 4]

All,

I have finished the remainder of the work for the GLDv3 conversion of 
dnet. As always, code lints clean and passes cstyle checks.

All that remains is adding in proper support for link notification, and 
correcting ifspeed behavior for non-mii phy's.

I have submitted an RFE for the conversion; when a Bug ID is issued, I 
will add it to the commit comments.

This patch should be considered ready for testing by all. Any help 
testing VLAN support would be much appreciated.
