[driver-usb] ugen based usb driver fails if caller is setuid root

libusbugen.so is used on Solaris. I think 
/usr/sfw/lib/libusb_plugins/libusbut.so.1 is the one used on SunRay. But 
from you log, I find it is not found and loaded. Please verify if that 
library is in the right directory.
