I'm updating the wiki now - I like the way it looks, and the automated TOC
will save us some time. (thank goodness I posted sooner rather than later,
as I didn't spend so much time coding the other page. :)

I welcome people helping out with this. If you can think of a useful
FAQ and are certain that it is correct, you could add directly; if you
are slightly unsure about an addition, please post to this list first.
