Yes, especially the 2nd volume subtitled "Solaris Performance and Tools".

No maybe about it: it IS the most detailed book about the Solaris kernel
code!  For userland apps, I recommend "Solaris Systems Programming"--but
then given that I wrote it, that's not too surprising...  :-)
