HI Brendan,

i may have missed it ? one of the nicest features i like about
dtrace is that the variables, actual arguments in function calls,
and kernel symbols are CTF empowered.

also, i noticed from the various posts that the blurb from IBM
mentioned dynamic insertion of probes into application code;
not sure if that translates to insertions into live kernels as well.
