Interesting - they were not "inspired" by SDT/USDT probes - is it so boring? 
(Or they do support USDT?)

Since AIX source is not available, how are users supposed to know which kernel 
functions to look at and what their arguments are?

For the rest it seems like a simple sed(1) script would easily convert between 
VUE and D.
