  Sigh! :-( There was supposed to be a sentence in the README explaining
that if you press F1 while running the IDE and navigate to the D-Light
Getting Started section you get a pretty complete tutorial.

  I'll try to bug our web people a bit and see whether they can put the
same info on the web.
