There's no Oracle provider per se in that they haven't embedded probes into
Oracle itself, but you can certainly use the other providers on the system
to understand how Oracle is consuming resources _and_ the internals of how
Oracle is working using the pid provider (though that may take some effort).
I'm sure there are people on this list who have used DTrace to examine
Oracle problems.
