[ethbridge-discuss] New project leaders

So the ethbridge project has two new leaders.  Thanks for volunteering,
Darren and Jim.

I'm going to write up a design document that corresponds to the
"prototype" code that is currently on the project site, with some notes
describing things that are incomplete or should be done differently in a
"release" version.  I will post a draft this weekend.
