It would help if you sent the output (or sampling) of the error log.  It looks as if the SP is sending error reports at a rate for which the fault manager can not keep up.  Some other useful information can be gathered with fmstat(1M).  Most PCIe errors are diagnosed by the eft module, try

fmstat -a -m eft

Also, check the SP for anything that looks odd.  As a last resort, you can disable the transport module that is sending the ereports:

fmadm unload etm
