I'm not aware of any integration from BMC patrol, but I am not at all
familiar with that product.

Your customer could set up snmp trap notification of FMA fault events.

Note that the latter document details many aspects of the
Solaris Fault Manager, but your customer should be careful
not to write scripts etc that rely on unstable (in the
attributes(5) sense).  The manpages for the fm* commands
indicate the interface stability levels.
