I vaguely recall breaking diagnosis when I made a change to the PCIE 
topology in Solaris on a T1000.   I believe that events transported via 
ETM from the SP had one upper (i.e. hc://ioboard) path and the topology 
in Solaris had another( hc://chassis or maybe hc://motherboard).

In short, I'd be careful making changes to any SPARC platform topologies.
