Thanks for the feedback Rob. I created a memory-based hardware fault
testing image based on Nevada build 78, and would love to be able to
incorporate the sensor code into it. The fault testing image currently
uses a combination of CPUburn, memtester, VTS and disktester to stress
the hardware, and ipmievd and FMA to detect faults. When faults are
detected, they are sent via SNMP to a trap host, and optionally a
syslog host. Having the ability to diagnose environmentals (above an
beyond what ipmievd does) would be the icing on the cake! If you need
a beta tester, please let me know. I would be MORE than happy to put
the sensor bits to good use. :)
