Much of this information has been available in a di_init(3DEVINFO)
snapshot for a long time. The missing size/serial# stuff should
be in snv_69/s10u5 per 6572672 delivery of

  SCSI inquiry property enhancement
  http://opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/2007/329/

  Device Size Properties
  http://opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/2007/339/

Look in "Mail Folder". The man page changes associated with these
cases (6573023) has not delivered, I will check on why.

Does that cover all your needs?
